Profile health check and fixes

Help · Profiles and fingerprint

The health check shows whether a profile could give itself away: whether the time zone and language match the IP, whether the real IP leaks, and whether the fingerprint repeats across your profiles.

Where to look

The Health column: Not checked, OK, Warnings or Will be detected. Click it to open a window with the problems found. The same check is at the top of the profile editor: “X of 10” and Details.

One-click fixes

Each problem has a fix button: Timezone by IP, Languages by IP, Geolocation by IP, WebRTC through proxy only, New fingerprint, Turn off canvas noise, Match this computer's OS, Match the engine version. Then — Check again.

Check before launch

A quick check runs before every launch. If there are problems: Fix and launch, Launch anyway or Cancel. When launching in bulk — Launch all or Only without problems.

Possible errors

Proxy isn't responding

Why: The proxy failed the check. A profile with this proxy won't launch.

What to do: Check the proxy in Proxies, renew or replace it. See Proxy not responding.

Profile has no proxy

Why: Websites see this computer's real IP, and all profiles without a proxy are linked to each other.

What to do: Give the profile its own proxy.

Timezone doesn't match the IP

Why: The time zone is set manually and differs from the proxy's country.

What to do: Click Timezone by IP.

Language doesn't fit the IP's country

Why: The browser languages aren't typical for the proxy's country.

What to do: Click Languages by IP.

Geolocation reveals the real location

Why: Geolocation is set to “Real”.

What to do: Click Geolocation by IP.

WebRTC leaks the real IP

Why: WebRTC sends traffic around the proxy.

What to do: Click WebRTC through proxy only.

Data center IP

Why: The proxy's exit belongs to a hosting provider — many platforms treat such IPs more strictly.

What to do: For sensitive platforms, use residential or mobile proxies.

Same IP as another profile

Why: Two profiles go online from the same address — the platform can link the accounts.

What to do: Give each profile its own proxy.

Same fingerprint as another profile

Why: Two profiles have the same seed (for example, after copying settings manually).

What to do: Click New fingerprint.

Profile OS doesn't match the computer

Why: For example, a “Windows” profile on a Mac: some traits reveal the real system.

What to do: Click Match this computer's OS if the platform doesn't care about the system.

Canvas noise is on

Why: Checkers detect a spoofed canvas.

What to do: Click Turn off canvas noise.

Chrome version doesn't match the browser engine

Why: The User-Agent has a version different from the browser's real version.

What to do: Click Match the engine version.
