Bookmark manager
The bookmark manager keeps templates — sets of folders and links. A template can be built into new profiles or applied to existing ones: add, replace or remove bookmarks.
Templates
The built-in “GetAntik default” template (start page, ad platforms, checkers) can't be changed, but you can duplicate it and adjust the copy.
- Open Bookmarks in the sidebar.
- Click New template or load existing bookmarks: Import from HTML… (a Chrome bookmarks export) or From a profile… (the bookmarks of a stopped profile).
- Add folders and links, reorder them and save. Choose where they go: Bookmarks bar or Other bookmarks.
Bookmarks for new profiles
In Bookmarks, choose a Template for new profiles. Every new profile gets it — created one by one, in bulk, from a team template, by duplicating or through the API. No bookmarks leaves the bar empty.
Bookmarks in existing profiles
- Select profiles (or one) and open More → Data → Bookmarks…; for one profile, right-click → Data → Bookmarks….
- Pick a template and an action: Add — links are added, duplicates in the same folder are skipped; Replace — the bar becomes exactly the template; Remove — bookmarks with the template's addresses are removed.
- Stopped profiles change right away; running ones and profiles not yet opened on this computer change at their next launch.
One profile's bookmarks
In the profile's settings, the Bookmarks section shows changes waiting for launch and lets you open and edit its current bookmarks while the profile is stopped.
Teams and encryption
Templates are personal or team-wide. Team templates are created by the owner and admins and used by every member. Templates and waiting changes are stored on the server encrypted with the account or team key — the server sees neither names nor links.
Possible errors
Needs an http:// or https:// address
Why: Only web addresses can go into a template: javascript:, file:, data: and chrome:// are not allowed.
What to do: Enter a site address starting with http:// or https://.
Stop the profile: bookmarks are edited in its files.
Why: A profile's current bookmarks are edited directly in the browser's files.
What to do: Stop the profile, or apply a template with Bookmarks… — it will apply at the next launch.
