Trash and restoring
Deleted profiles stay in Trash for 30 days, together with their cookies and tabs.
Delete
Right-click → Move to Trash, or the same item in More for several profiles. Stop a running profile first.
Restore
In Trash, click Restore on a profile, or select several. The Gone in column shows how many days are left (red means 3 or fewer).
Delete permanently
Delete permanently or Empty Trash erase the data on this computer and on the server. It can't be recovered.
Plan limit
Profiles in Trash don't count toward your plan. But you can restore a profile only if your plan has a free place.
Possible errors
The profile is in Trash. Restore it before launching.
Why: The profile was deleted.
What to do: Open Trash and click Restore.
The profile is running. Stop it before deleting.
Why: A running profile can't be deleted.
What to do: Click Stop and try again.
Only the profile's owner or a team Admin can restore it.
Why: The profile was deleted from the team, and you don't have permission.
What to do: Ask the owner or an Admin.
Only the Owner, Admins or members with delete permission can delete it.
Why: You don't have permission to delete team profiles.
What to do: Ask the Owner for the Delete team profiles permission.
Profile “…” was moved to Trash on another device; the latest data is only here. Restore it from Trash, open and close it, and the data will upload to the server.
Why: The profile was deleted while you had it open.
What to do: Trash → Restore, then launch and close the profile.
No access to profile “…”: it was transferred to someone else or your access was revoked. The latest data is only on this computer.
Why: While the profile was open, it was transferred to another account or member, or your team permissions changed.
What to do: Check with the Owner or a team Admin. If the data matters, export the cookies from the running profile while it's still open.
