Click “Take control” and your mouse, wheel and keyboard go to the member’s browser. Help them get past a captcha, enter a 2FA code or fix an ad account without taking the profile or interrupting their work.

FAQ
Is it safe? Who sees the screen?
Frames are encrypted with a key only the viewer has: the server just relays bytes and stores nothing. Every viewing session is written to the team’s activity log, so viewing is never silent.
How is remote control different from just viewing?
In view mode you see the member’s screen. In “Take control” mode your mouse and keyboard are sent to their browser, which is handy for helping them pass a check, enter a code or fix a setting without taking the profile away.
Who can view browsers?
The team Owner and Admins, and anyone granted the “View members’ browsers” permission. Members can see when their browser is being watched.
Which plan includes it?
Live view from the Base plan, two-way remote control (taking control) from the Team plan.
