Team, roles and permissions
Profiles live in a shared pool. The Owner hands out limits and permissions; members see only their own groups and tags. While one person has a profile open, it’s locked for everyone else, so data never drifts apart.

Roles, permissions and limits
The Owner assigns roles and profile limits and restricts visibility by groups and tags. A separate Finance role sees only spending and works through the web dashboard.

Activity log and “who’s online”
Who opened, closed, transferred or assigned what, and when: it’s all in the activity log. The dashboard shows who’s online and which profiles are open right now. Templates stamp out a batch of identically configured profiles.

FAQ
Can two people work in the same profile?
Not at the same time, and that’s by design: cookies and tabs would overwrite each other. While a profile is open, it’s locked for everyone else, and you can see exactly who is working in it.
What roles does a team have?
Owner, Admin, Buyer and Finance. Permissions are set per group: buying proxies, assigning, deleting, transferring, viewing screens.
What does Finance see?
The Finance role signs in only through the web dashboard, doesn’t take a seat and sees team spending by profiles, seats and proxies, but not the profiles themselves.
