Which cookies and browser storage entries getantik.com and the web dashboard at account.getantik.com use. No advertising or analytics cookies.
#1. In short
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not load third-party trackers. The browser only stores what the website and web dashboard need to work, which is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. localStorage and sessionStorage work in a similar way: they are browser storage whose contents are not sent to the server automatically. This policy covers both.
#2. The website getantik.com
- The website sets no cookies of its own.
- localStorage: a flag that you closed the suggestion to switch to another language version of the site, so we do not show it again. The page language is determined by its address.
- Help center search sends your query to api.getantik.com to find articles. The query is not stored in your browser.
#3. The web dashboard account.getantik.com
- Session token, to keep you signed in. It is stored in sessionStorage and removed when you close the tab, or in localStorage until you sign out if you ticked “Remember me”.
- Your interface language, in localStorage.
- A technical flag in sessionStorage recording that your interface language has been sent to the server (so emails arrive in your language).
#4. Cloudflare
The website, web dashboard and server run behind Cloudflare. To protect against bots and attacks, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm). They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. See Cloudflare’s cookie policy for details.
#5. The payment page
When you top up your balance, you go to the payment provider’s page. It may use its own cookies under the provider’s rules. See Third-party Services and Integrations.
#6. The app
The desktop app does not use cookies for tracking. It keeps its data (profiles, settings, integration keys) in the app’s data folder on your computer. Cookies inside browser profiles are your profiles’ data: we do not read them, and when they sync they are encrypted on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
#7. Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or block them. The website will keep working; in the web dashboard you will need to sign in again and choose your language again.
