Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with GetAntik, who is responsible for following third-party platforms’ rules, and what we do about violations.
#1. Why this policy exists
GetAntik is a tool for working with multiple browser profiles: for teams, media buying, SMM, e-commerce, testing and privacy. We want it to be used lawfully.
This policy is part of the Terms of Use. It applies to every user of the Service, including team members, and to every way of accessing it: the app, the web dashboard, the API and the local API.
#2. Fraud and financial crime
You may not use the Service for:
- fraud of any kind, including deceiving users, platforms, ad networks or payment systems;
- carding, or using stolen or someone else’s payment data, cards or bank accounts without the owner’s consent;
- money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or evading lawful requests of law enforcement;
- selling or buying prohibited goods or services.
#3. Other people’s accounts and identities
- Identity theft, or impersonating a person or organization to deceive others.
- Hacking or taking over other people’s accounts, password guessing, credential stuffing, or using stolen cookies and sessions.
- Phishing or otherwise obtaining other people’s credentials by deception.
#4. Harmful content and activity
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware or spyware.
- Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Harassment, threats, stalking or incitement to violence.
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors. We report such cases to the competent authorities.
- Any other activity that is unlawful in your country or in the country it targets.
#5. Abusing the Service
- Attacks on our infrastructure: DDoS, hacking, vulnerability scanning, attempts to access other users’ data or bypass security.
- Circumventing plan limits or technical restrictions, including the one-free-account-per-computer rule. Creating multiple free accounts is prohibited.
- Reselling, renting out or giving third parties access to the Service without our written consent. To work with other people, use teams.
- Loading the server in ways that disrupt the Service for others, or accessing the server automatically outside the documented APIs.
- Abusing promo codes or the referral and partner programs. See the program terms.
#6. Third-party platforms’ rules
You, and only you, are responsible for complying with the law and with the rules of the websites, ad networks, marketplaces and other platforms you use through the Service. Many of them restrict multiple accounts or automation.
We do not check how you use profiles on third-party websites, and we are not responsible for account bans, charges or other consequences of those platforms’ decisions.
#7. What we do about violations
Most of your data is encrypted on your device, so we do not look through profile contents. We act on reports, on requests from authorities, and on signs of violations in the data we can see (for example payments, account metadata or server load).
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may warn you, restrict certain features, suspend or close your account, and cancel promo code and program credits. If an account is closed for a violation, the remaining balance is not refunded.
#8. Law enforcement requests
We respond to lawful requests from authorities that are binding on us, and disclose only the data that is required and that we actually hold: account details, metadata and payment history.
Data encrypted on the user’s device (profile browser data, proxy passwords, 2FA keys, notes) cannot be decrypted by us, so we cannot disclose it.
#9. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using GetAntik in breach of this policy, write to [email protected]. Describe what happened and include anything that helps us look into it. We review every report.
