Seats and the profile pool
A team has two limits: seats for people and a profile pool. Both come from the Owner's plan.
Seats
One seat (the Owner's) is included in the plan. The rest are bought separately: Team → Buy seats → quantity and period → Buy. Or in Billing → Team members. Unanswered invitations also take a seat. The Finance role doesn't take a seat.
Profile pool
“X of Y used, Z allocated to members, W free”. The pool size is the Owner's plan profile limit plus extra profiles bought.
Possible errors
You can't add members on this plan. Upgrade to Base or higher.
Why: Free and Starter don't include teams.
What to do: Switch to Base or higher.
Only the team Owner can buy seats.
Why: Payments are handled by the Owner.
What to do: Ask the Owner.
You need $X, your balance is $Y.
Why: There isn't enough money on your balance.
