Creating a team and inviting members
A team is a shared profile pool and proxies, roles and an activity log. Available on the Base plan and above. A person can be in only one team.
Create
- Open Team → Create team.
- Enter a name and click Create. You're the Owner.
Invite
- Invite a member → email and role (Member or Admin).
- Click Invite. The invitation takes a seat until it's accepted or revoked (Revoke).
- The member sees a “Team invitation” window with Accept and Decline — in the app or in the web dashboard.
Remove or leave
Remove on a member's row. For yourself, the button is Leave team. Only the Owner can Delete team.
The “Finance” role
Only the Owner can add it, in the web dashboard. A Finance member sees payments and spending, doesn't sign in to the app and doesn't take a seat.
Possible errors
Teamwork is available on the Base plan and above.
Why: Free and Starter don't include teams.
What to do: Switch to Base or higher in Billing.
User … not found. They need to sign up first.
Why: You can only invite registered users.
What to do: Ask the person to sign up for GetAntik, then invite them again.
… is already in a team. A person can only be in one team.
Why: The invitee is already in another team.
What to do: They need to leave their current team.
… has already been invited to another team and hasn't answered yet.
Why: The person has another pending invitation.
What to do: Ask them to decline it, or to accept yours later.
You're already in a team. Leave it to create a new one.
Why: One team per person.
What to do: Leave your current team.
All seats are taken: X of Y. Buy another seat on the Team page.
Why: Seats are taken by members and unanswered invitations.
What to do: Revoke unneeded invitations or Buy seats — see Seats and limits.
Only the Owner and Admins can invite members.
Why: Members don't have permission to invite.
What to do: Ask the Owner or an Admin.
You can't remove the team Owner. Delete the whole team instead.
Why: A team can't be left without an Owner.
What to do: If you no longer need the team — Delete team.
The invitation wasn't found or has been revoked.
Why: The invitation was revoked or already accepted.
What to do: Ask for a new one.
