Topping up your balance
Plans, profiles and seats are paid from your account balance. The balance is topped up with cryptocurrency.
How to top up
- Billing → Top up with crypto.
- Enter an amount from $5 to $5000.
- A payment window opens: pay the invoice. While the payment is in progress you'll see “Waiting for payment…”.
- The balance updates by itself once the payment is confirmed.
Invoices
An invoice is valid for 1 hour. Unpaid invoices are shown in the web dashboard under Finance → Top-up invoices with a Pay link.
Possible errors
The minimum top-up is $5.00.
Why: The amount is below the minimum.
What to do: Enter $5 or more.
The invoice has expired. Create a new one.
Why: The invoice wasn't paid within an hour.
What to do: Create a new top-up. If the money was sent but the invoice expired, contact Support with the transaction ID.
Too many unpaid invoices. Pay them or wait until they expire.
Why: There are 5 unpaid invoices open.
What to do: Pay one of them or wait an hour.
Couldn't open the payment window
Why: The payment page failed to open.
What to do: Try again. If that doesn't help, top up from the web dashboard.
