Order: plan, profiles, members
In Billing → Build your order you choose everything at once: plan, period, extra profiles and seats.
Steps
- Choose the period: 1, 6 (−20%) or 12 months (−40%).
- Choose a plan (your current one is marked current).
- Extra profiles — in steps of 10.
- Team members — if you have a team.
- On the right, under Order, check the lines and the Total, then click Pay.
If you don't have enough funds
The button changes to Top up $X — top up exactly the missing amount.
Extra profiles
Profiles beyond your plan are sold in batches of 10 or more for the chosen period: $0.30 per profile per month on Starter and Base, $0.25 on Team, $0.20 on Enterprise. Extra profiles aren't available on Free — switch to a paid plan first.
Switching to Free
Cancels the paid plan immediately. Profiles beyond three are kept, but you won't be able to create new ones.
Possible errors
Insufficient funds: X needed, Y on your balance.
Why: The order total is higher than your balance.
What to do: Top up your balance.
Extra profiles aren't available on the Free plan.
Why: Extra profiles are for paid plans only.
What to do: Switch to a paid plan first.
Extra profiles are sold in batches of at least 10.
Why: Fewer than 10 can't be bought.
What to do: Choose 10 or more.
You're a member of someone else's team. Its Owner buys the seats.
Why: Seats are bought by the team Owner.
What to do: Ask the Owner.
Nothing to buy.
Why: The order is empty.
What to do: Choose a plan, profiles or seats.
