Install on Windows
GetAntik runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). The installer is under ten megabytes and sets up everything it needs; the browser is downloaded once, on first launch.
Installation
- Download the installer from the GetAntik for Windows page — a file named like GetAntik_…_x64-setup.exe.
- Run it, pick a language and click Install. No administrator rights needed: the app installs into your user folder.
- If Microsoft WebView2 isn't on the system, the installer downloads and installs it itself.
- Launch GetAntik from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut.
The SmartScreen window
Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” — that's how SmartScreen greets new apps that don't have many installs yet. Click More info → Run anyway. Only download the installer from getantik.com.
First launch: browser download
Just like on a Mac, a Downloading browser bar appears at the top of the window. This happens only once; after that profiles open right away.
Updates and uninstalling
New versions arrive automatically — see App updates. To uninstall: Settings → Apps → GetAntik → Uninstall. Synced profiles stay in your account.
